Stephen Gude, President, Strategic Advisor and Planning Consultant
A specialist in developing and implementing comprehensive strategies for improving information, business process and organizational systems for organizations involved in Designing, Building and Operating facilities and infrastructure.
Stephen has over 27 years of industry experience, including 13 years in design and 14 years as a Management Consultant to Owners, Operators, Designers, Constructors and Maintainers of the built environment. Stephen has extensive knowledge and experience in industry systems, processes, organizations and trends spanning the entire Design>Build>Operate life-cycle. He has been instrumental in identifying and driving positive change for top Engineering News Record firms, Fortune 500 companies, and national and international building owners, operators and developers. Prior to founding Advantage Partners in 2009, Stephen provided management consulting services through Ernst & Young LLP and then as a founding member and Director of RealFoundations, an international consulting firm focused on the real estate and building industry.
Stephen holds a Masters in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.

Cliff Bourland - Building Information Management/Modeling (BIM) Strategist
A recognized industry expert in BIM data and process integration from design through construction and facilities management, Cliff specializes in developing, implementing and integrating strategies for utilizing design and construction data in Life-Cycle Facility Management Service.
Cliff has over 20 years of industry experience in design and construction. He has been instrumental in defining branding initiatives and operational initiatives for Fortune 500 companies both nationally and internationally. Cliff has extensive knowledge and experience in industry systems, processes, organizations and trends spanning the entire Design>Build>Operate life-cycle.
Cliff holds an M.S. in Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington, an M.S. in Geology and Geochemistry from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and a B.S. in Geology from Texas Tech University. Cliff is a Certified Professional Geologist, State of Texas.

John Foster - Strategic Planning Consultant and Facilitator
Specialist in Information Systems Strategy, Implementation and Change Management for Corporate Real Estate (CRE) and Facility Management (FM) organizations.
John is a CRE/FM business transformation consultant with over 25 years successfully serving clients in analysis, strategic planning and implementation of business improvement initiatives. Flexible, proven and sustainable approaches are utilized to close the gap between leadership expectations for performance, and empowering organizational stakeholders.
John holds a B.A. in Interior Architecture with a minor in Construction Management and Techniques from Colorado State University. He is a Certified Facilitator for the CoreClarity compliment to the StrengthsFinder programs.

Gary Goswick - Director, Program Management and Implementation Services
Gary has over 17 years experience in the AEC and Homebuilding industry. Gary spent 8 years as owner and operations principal of an electronic architecture firm designing and implementing automated control, audio/video, and telecommunication systems for top AEC firms and custom homebuilders across the nation. Gary spent 2 years as the General Manager of a custom homebuilder designing and building vacation properties in Colorado before spending 5 years providing management consulting services as a Director at RealFoundations, an international consulting firm focused on the real estate and building industry. Gary’s management consulting experience includes Strategic Information Systems Planning; Process Improvement; Enterprise Resource Planning and Project Management systems implementation, integration, training and deployment; and organizational change management. After leaving RealFoundations, Gary became Vice President of Texas Region Purchasing for Meritage Homes where he spent 2 ½ years consolidating and standardizing all of Texas purchasing into one single operation.
Gary holds a B.A. in Business Administration from The University of Texas Arlington.
